Take advantage of this home's proximity to local features. A short distance to the park, National Forest, market, and local restaurant Kallans Bar and Grill.
LIVING SPACE - Cozy 400+ sq ft home with a living room, smart TV beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Natural wood cabinets, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps, along with fast WiFi, board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Gorgeous forest views, and a fully fenced yard.
PARKING - 1 car driveway
Close to National Forest hiking trails

Snow Summit - 6.1 miles
