As you enter, be greeted by the signature hallway leading you to the heart of the house. With five elegantly designed bedrooms with one of them downstairs, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for families. Every bedroom is modern and fresh.

For those who love cooking and entertaining, the kitchen is a dream. Modern appliances, including a microwave, coffee machine, oven, fridge, and stove, ensure enjoyable and effortless meal preparations. Adjacent to the kitchen, the indoor and outdoor dining areas are the perfect spot for intimate dinners or morning brunches.

Take a seat and unwind in the inviting and contemporary living spaces, where relaxation meets modern comfort.

One bedroom is located on the main level with its own ensuite.

If you venture upstairs, discover another welcoming living and entertainment area.

Upstairs, you'll find four additional spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features its own ensuite, and there’s an extra bathroom conveniently located on this floor as well.

Enjoy some quiet time in the outdoor dining area. Please note that we don't allow for pets.

Convenient parking is provided within the secure confines of the garage.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attractions suggestions. There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly.
