The entire space is yours during your stay. In preparation for your visit we will send you information on our favorite restaurants, things to do, and tips for street parking.
Guests will have access to the entire studio.
As your host, I am available to make sure your needs are met but respect your privacy and will leave you alone during your stay.
Our studio apartment is conveniently located in the beautiful East Passyunk neighborhood of South Philadelphia! It is home to over 150 independently owned businesses, ranging from unique boutiques offering hand-made wares and fashion, to fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere, casual restaurants, and the world-famous “Cheesesteak Corner.”
Come hungry! East Passyunk Avenue snagged a spot on Food and Wine magazine’s list of the 10 Best Foodie Streets In America!
On a nice day, enjoy a walk from East Passyunk through the Italian Market to Center City. Or if you're in a hurry, we are just 1-3 blocks from many bus lines that run to Old City (Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Constitution Center, etc.), Center City and the sports stadiums. We are also just 3 blocks from the Broad Street Line which runs north/south connecting you to the stadiums, historic City Hall, Center City, Temple and free transfers to the Market Frankford subway line.
Driving in a city is not for the faint of heart. The streets in an old city, like Philadelphia can be narrow.
Parking can be tricky to come by. If you can avoid not bringing a car, it's super easy to hop in an Uber or Lyft.
We have some tips on parking, and are happy to share the names of unpermitted streets upon request. Like most neighborhoods in Philly, it gets hard to find in the evening. Please keep that in mind when planning check in, and moving your car to return in the evening.
Minimum number of nights required for a booking may change based on seasonal demand.
