Situated only 200m from Blackheath village & just a stones throw away from the Blue Mountains World Heritage National Park which features iconic bush walks & beautiful scenery.
Perfect for couples, families & friends to get away & unwind for the weekend or take a well deserved mid-week break.
There are two bedrooms each with comfortable queen size beds with quality linen & electric blankets in the colder months.
The house has 2 living areas, one a vintage inspired sitting room with a gas log fireplace, the other is part of the open plan kitchen/ living/ dining area which is light filled & airy looking out to a lovely private garden.
In the warmer months guests can pick fresh seasonal fruit, veggies & herbs.
Gas ducted heating throughout the house will keep you warm & cosy in cold weather.
The kitchen is equiped with new appliances, dishwasher, microwave & the huge oven/stove top is perfect for those guests who feel like cooking.
There is a seperate laundry with washer & dryer, contemporary bathroom with under floor heating, shower & luxurious free standing bath to relax in.
Guests have access to the whole house & garden, with the exception of the garden shed.
Arrival is self check in with lock box. I can be reached by mobile if needed otherwise you'll be left in peace to enjoy your stay.

and has lived in the Blue Mountains for over 20yrs, has plenty of local knowledge & is able to assist you when planning your stay if required.

"Cottawalla" is so close to the lovely village of Blackheath that you can stroll down to local cafes, restaurants, historic pubs, antique shops, bookshops & art galleries in a matter of minutes.
Take a wander around the tree lined streets or a 5 minute drive to some of the most spectacular views & bushwalks the Blue Mountains has to offer.
The famous Three Sisters & Echo Point is a 20 minute drive away & Jenolan caves is an easy day trip.
The monthly Blackheath growers markets are also a great place to get fresh local produce & soak up the relaxed village atmosphere.
"Cottawalla" is an easy ten minute walk from Blackheath railway station.
Pantry staples, teas, plunger coffee & hot chocolate is also available.
Linen, towels & tea-towels are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwashing & laundry detergents.
Free unlimited wi-fi, a smart TV, stereo, books/magazines, toys, games & puzzles are also provided for your entertainment.
