Open space living, dining & kitchen area w/french doors accessing the outdoor terrace. Very bright home, filled w/natural light, skylight in living room. Bedroom with Queen size bed. Modern shower w/skylight. Hardwood floors throughout . Downtown is approx 10 minutes by car or via Metro Joliette (green line) 5 min walk (1 block). Pls read all rules attentively, thanks. Pls note NO SMOKING, No Air conditioning, no dishwasher, no microwave in the apartment
