Welcome to Sandpiper Escape (Unit 47 Seafront Estate), located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, shops, cafes and the pub.
Sandpiper Escape is in a great location in the centre of the Seafront Estate complex, opening directly onto the grassed area in front of the pool and cabana. This is an ideal place for the kids to play, have a swim in the pool which also has a wading pool for toddlers and there are communal BBQs' perfect for entertaining.
Sandpiper Escape sleeps 6 guests, the bedding arrangement is 2 Queens @ 2 Singles. The property is fully self-contained with air conditioning to the living area and all three bedrooms.
The Unit Features:
1. Air Conditioners to the living and the three bedrooms
2. 75" Smart TV, with sound bar and sub-woofer with access to all streaming services and includes a built in Xbox, just bring your streaming
account details and a controller.
3. 2nd smart TV in the 3rd bedroom for the kids.
4. NBN connection with Wi-Fi
5. The Kitchen features new appliances including;
a. Large fridge with Ice maker
b. Nespresso pod coffee machine
c. Air Fryer
d. Water Filter
e. New Induction stove
f. Microwave
6. There are Amazon Alexa's in all rooms to listen to music, set alarms or answer all your questions.
7. A good selection of games, puzzles, and DVD's
Sandpiper Escape has a large parking area for 4 cars or enough room for large boat and is located 200 metres from the nearest EV fast charger.
Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bath mats.
Only enough consumables for one night.
What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.
Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one-hundred-dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
Anyone who is found climbing the pool fence & utilising the pool area after the closing time of 7pm & the opening time of 8am, will be required to vacate Seafront Estate property immediately & will be banned from any future accommodation stays at the complex.
The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes.
Any breaking of the rules of the complex, may require you to vacate the seafront estate immediately.
