The Space:
This cozy house boasts three bedrooms accommodating up to six guests. Step inside to find two inviting bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two singles, both overlooking the street. At the rear, the master room offers a peaceful retreat with its queen-sized bed, just across from the well-appointed bathroom featuring a shower and bath.
Convenience is key in this home! Adjacent to the bathroom, you'll find a handy laundry area equipped with a washing machine for your use. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked, ready for crafting delicious family meals.
Relax and unwind in the lounge, complete with a Smart TV for cozy movie nights and Free-To-Air channels. Bring along your own devices and plug into the HDMI cable for personalized entertainment. Stay comfortable year-round with the heat pump ensuring warmth in winter and coolness in summer. Step outside onto the deck overlooking the fully fenced backyard, perfect for little ones to play while you savor your morning coffee or evening meals in the sunshine.

A highchair and baby cot may be available on request (Please enquire before booking - bedding for the cot is not provided).
Breakfast items are not supplied, but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.
For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.
If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.
All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19.
