2 mins drive to Browns Bay Beach Reserve, 1km away.
2 mins drive to community shopping center with supermarket, restaurants, cafes and stores.
5 min drive to access highway 1.
15 mins drive to Auckland City.
Double garage, plus 2 private parkings at front yard. More parking corner roadside.
Our house is perfect for large families or groups.
But NOT for party or noise gathering. NO PARTY ALLOWED.
We have prepared basic living items in the house, including: radiators, blankets, bedding, bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, enough pots, cutlery, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, rubbish bag,iron,ironing board,hair dryer, etc....
