This is a fully furnished detached home with garage, located right by the Humber River in Toronto. Perfect for families in need of a space during a renovation. Parks, restaurants, trails all nearby. This home is located in a quiet neighbourhood, across from a school, with no through traffic. The backyard is spacious and has a fire pit. Kitchen is complete with vitamix, soda stream, instant pot and everything you need to cook with. There is a pelaton in the basement (subscription not included). The library is stocked with books and has a gas fireplace.
There are three parks in the neighbourhood (one converts to an ice rink in the winter). Along the river you will find basketball courts, baseball diamonds and a taste of nature not many in Toronto get to experience.
This place really is a hidden gem! The perfect family home.
