This three-bedroom, one bath, open concept private vacation home is located in the prime South Street Beach cottage area. It is fully renovated to offer you all the comforts of home including central air, laundry and more, while you enjoy your holiday in Saugeen Shores.
The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The living area is bright and airy with a two-sided gas fireplace to warm you up after a long day at the beach or during your fall, winter and spring stay.
The spacious master bedroom also enjoys the ambiance of the gas fireplace.
Natural areas surround the cottage which is only a five-minute walk to the sand beach. Trails galore are just steps from the door, and the Southampton Tennis Club is nearby. Store your gear in the attached garage.
