This nautical-inspired two-story cottage provides unobstructed water views from multiple areas. The upper-level glass paneled deck is equipped with a BBQ, patio umbrella set, comfy Adirondack chairs and glass-top fire table and provides quick access to the lower level via the outdoor staircase. The lower level has a walk-out deck with ample seating and an outdoor sectional sofa, open to a private lawn that leads you to a waterfront observation pad. Enjoy panoramic views that stretch as far as the eye can see from either level of this cottage.

Inside radiates with a comforting ambiance, adorned with snug furnishings and expansive windows that showcase picture-perfect lake views. The upper great room leads to an expansive deck where you can start your day savouring a tea or coffee as the sun rises over the horizon and unwind in the evening, mesmerized by the spectacle of a fiery sunset reflected in the tranquil waters below.

With 3 bedrooms, an outdoor bunkie and 3 bathrooms (equipped with heated floors), this cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, making it an ideal destination for families or groups of friends. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an upgraded ensuite bathroom, providing a haven of comfort and relaxation. Two other bedrooms (one equipped with a double bed and one with a queen bed) are both fully furnished with a dresser and side tables. A queen size murphy bed is located on the lower level. In addition, an outdoor pine bunkie is equipped with a queen-sized bed, side tables, desk & chair and provides a relaxing view of the lake.

Our chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and cooking utensils required to prepare delicious meals for your friends and family. Sit at the chef-inspired island or at the dining table to enjoy meals and meaningful conversations. A cozy bar/lounge area is available on the lower level for enjoying a mocktail or cocktail as the evening winds down. This area also features a 65-inch television with an electric fireplace.

There is no need to journey far for outdoor adventures. A few steps away from the back deck, you can jump in the quaint Lake Erie. Share, laugh, and step out to enjoy nearby hiking trails, conservation areas, and the delight of Port Dover’s beach, stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

As the night approaches, gather around the crackling fire pit, where tales are shared and laughter echoes under a canopy of twinkling stars, or relax in the hot tub under the moonlight and tranquil outdoor lighting. Fire Pit & Firewood
Enjoy the fire pit area in the backyard. We supply firewood to use during your stay (firewood is kept inside the shed at the side of the house to keep it dry).

Water Access
During the warmer months (end of May—earl September), observation pad staircase leading into the water is available.

Outdoor Games
We supply a few outdoor games for you to use during your stay. We store them in the dining room by the entry door.

Hot tub
8-seater hot tub available for use. Please respect the cleanliness of the environment and assist with maintaining a sanitary environment. No human waste is allowed; please shower before use. Strictly for adult usage only. The hot tub is maintained between visits.

Coffee/Tea Bar
The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig and fresh coffee pods. A tea kettle and an assortment of teas and sugar are also available.

Bathroom Toiletries
Enjoy the use of the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and hair dryer.
