Indulge in the charm of our spacious backyard oasis, complete with inviting patio chairs and a charcoal BBQ. Please note that guests will need to bring their own charcoal and lighter fluid for grilling.

House Rules and Important Notices:
Parking: There is free parking available for use by guests and visiting company. You can use the garage as well as park within driveway, or additional parking on the street in front of the home as needed. Please abide by all local parking laws and avoid parking over any sidewalks as the city is known to cite for cars parked in a way that spills over from the driveway into blocking a sidewalk from normal use.
Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Smoking/Substance Policy: Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises – no exceptions.
Reports of failure to comply with the smoking/drug policy and noise curfew cut off time of 10pm will result in the loss of your security deposit and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done to the property that hinder another same day check in.
The home has a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. As your hosts we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time.
We would love to host you while you're in town and are happy to meet plausible requests or modifications you might need for your visit.
