We really enjoyed our first visit to this property ( we will be return visitors). This fully stocked, step right out to the beach property is excellently maintained. We truly appreciate David Kottman working with us to reschedule when our dog was injured, which was above and beyond what he had to do!!

The view and location were excellent but the unit was a little run down for us. It wasn’t filthy just wasn’t as clean as we prefer.

This place was amazing and clean and so close to the beach. I would definitely stay again! First time at Panama beach and its absolutely wonderful. Kitchen was stocked, people and neighbors were fun!.

Love the view

Great property. Short on towels did not like or because we called asking for more. Washing and drying cost $5 already had washed once. Had 4 towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash cloths. For 3 people and 4 nights.

Nice property, easy access, close to restaurants, super easy beach access. Great for couples or small family. When they say 20 steps to sand, it truly is! Will stay again. We go 3-5 times a year

Relaxing at the beach

Location on the beach is great. The property and complex are taken care of well. The unit is very accommodating with comfortable furniture, nice kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Only issue we had was getting the access codes for the entry door to work consistently. We would definitely consider returning for another stay.

This property was the perfect size for my sister and I! It was a wonderful location, great neighbors, nice and a quiet beach, pretty much a private beach :) It was a perfect way to slide into my birthday and wouldn’t ask for more

Great getaway

Condo is described exactly as is. Just steps from the beach and very short walk to Pier Park. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Owner replied right away with any of our questions. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Great location, comfortable unit

The condo is plain but nice. The view and location is Amazing. The outside of the building is run down and not appealing, but the backside is landscaped nicely. The pool area across the road was not appealing. We were dissatisfied with the cleanliness. The bed had dirty bedsheets and smelly comforter and the floors were dirty and sandy. We bought sheets, blanket and a pillow for our stay. We traveled quite a distance and were too exhausted to complain. Overall though it was nice and would definitely stay again.

This property is in the perfect location and is just the perfect size for a small family or a couple! Directly on the beach(private beach i might add, so it was never crowded👏🏼) with washer/dryer and grill right out the back door! Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy condo at the beach!

So nice! This was a perfect spot for me and the wife. Big bed, awesome shower, full kitchen and living room. And out the back door, you're 10 feet from the beach. It was amazing. Tight knit community there in the other units too. Everybody we talked with were so nice and annual visitors. We're looking forward to being repeat customers as well. THANKS DAVE!!!

We live in St Louis, my wife Carol and I, we wanted an place on the beach that was a true walk out to the Gulf/Beach, without evelvators/parking grages etc
Plus, we wanted to walk to Pier Park. Well, this was it, It has both !!!
