Recently renovated, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

The layout of the home is perfect for families or groups, with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Keep comfortable all year round with the heat pumps for heating and cooling plus a nightstore heater in the hall. Linen and Wi-Fi are also included for your convenience.

Located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, just a 10 minute walk to a playground and the Nukuhau shops where you can stock up on essentials or get fish and chips for dinner. Ideal for families, couples seeking a relaxing getaway or professionals travelling for business.

Step outside to the outdoor entertaining area, where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy a BBQ with family and friends.

With fully-fenced, off street parking and less than 2km to Town. This home is a great base for all of the great events Taupō hosts.

Note; The garage that may be visible in some images is available for storage of bikes etc but not parking. There is an inground spa pool onsite that is locked and unavailable.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

Beautiful Peoperty Near Downtown
I stayed here for 7 nights during the Ironman WC. This property was simply amazing. Huge inside and outside. Ample gardens and outside area. Huge windows that a lot light in. Outside table for lunches and dinners under the stars. Secluded and tranquil. 20 min walk from the lakefront and all the restaurants and businessws. Really appre iated the garahe since we had bikes to store and service. Just wished we could have used the hottube
