The top level consists of the living area, dining area, kitchen, ocean-side Master Bedroom (King) with a sliding door to the deck, and a full bathroom. The lower level holds the remaining 3 ocean-side bedrooms (Queen & 4 Twins). The Queen bedroom has a private bathroom, and the third shared bathroom is located at the end of the hall nearest the entry door with access from the bedroom and hallway.

Bed sizes include 1 King, 1 Twin, and 1 Futon.

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and towels) are PROVIDED with all reservations for this property!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.

➤No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

➤This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
