Positioned beautifully on maintained acreage, this immaculate home presents extremely comfort living with tranquil outlook over the waters of Lake Conjola, or enjoying the cows and the bird life from the front verandah.
The home offers comfort all year round with an indoor fireplace for the cooler months.
Of an afternoon sit back and relax by the firepit.

Sunny hills was the perfect long weekend retreat. Relaxing by the lake, cooking cosy meals and exploring the local beaches, towns and bush walks was relaxing and revitalising.

Country escape
Our 4 night break from Sydney was thoroughly enjoyable. The home was well equipped with everything that we needed - comfy bedding, aircon, powerful shower heads and a beautiful bath to a well equipped kitchen, books, magazines and games. A short drive into Milton and it was easy to explore the surrounding beaches. Thank you for a great family break. Our dog also enjoyed the holiday.
