Located on Seal Cove Pond with great water views, gorgeous sunsets, loon songs at dusk and dawn, glimpses of eagles and sea birds, great fishing in the stocked lake (ice fishing in winter), the mountains of Acadia National Park across the water. A stay at this fully-remodeled, saltbox craftsman cottage is a terrific place to enjoy it all. Tongue & groove light pine interior, tile and hardwood floors. Nice furnishings, great kitchen--lacks nothing but guests to enjoy it. 2-acre lot. Private dock for swimming and kayaking--2 single kayaks & gear provided!

First floor: living room & eat-in kitchen each with water views, bath w/shower & tub, water side deck & covered front porch.
Second floor: two queen bedrooms and bath w/shower (sleeping alcove in second bedroom).

Walk-out daylight basement with laundry

Nearby detached garage apartment is owners residence, they may be available for assistance.

Weekly Rental: Saturday-Saturday.
