Immaculate and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house just a short walk to the gorgeous lake and playground at 5 Mile Bay. Open plan with great indoor/outdoor flow. This is the perfect spot for your summer holiday or winter escape!
Keeping warm in the cooler months will be easy with the fire-place and heat-pump. The air-conditioning will keep the house cool during the hot summer days.
The house sleeps up to 8 guests with the following bedding configuration – 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x fold out sofa-bed and 1x fold up stretcher bed. Please note, the sofa-bed and stretcher bed are each only suitable for a small child. The mezzanine floor area where the sofa-bed is located does not have curtains, so this space is very light in the mornings.
