Welcome to our newly renovated suite (not a room in a house) on the main floor (not a basement) in a quiet community, just an hour away from Banff!

Enjoy a cosy living area, comfortable bedroom, full bathroom and backyard. This suite is private

Located in a quiet community, you can relax in peace and tranquillity while still being conveniently close to grocery stores like Walmart and multiple dining options.

This suite is part of the house that has another separate unit.

The space

It is a separate 1-bedroom unit on the main floor (not the basement). It consists of a living room, 1 bedroom and private full bathroom. This unit is not shared with anyone so you will have complete privacy. You have access to the beautiful garden. It is a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Access to Banff highway is 5 minutes away. 55 mins to Canmore and 1 hour 15 mins to Banff. It is walkable to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and big stores like Walmart.

This suite is part of the house which has another suite but this suite is completely private

Children 2-12 are welcome to share the same bed with their parents. Children stay free when accompanied by an adult.

No smoking is allowed inside the room. You’ll be charged whatever it takes to remove smoke or spice odours.

Note: there is no kitchen in the suite.

It was conveniently located to C train and shopping conveniences. Suite was exactly as advertised.

Amazing location!

Quiet area, nice host, not far from a CTrain station with Park & Ride. Suite is attached to the back of the Hosts home. Hosts family can be quite loud, even past midnight, and the noise is audible through the door into the suite. Had to contact the host to check in because the entrance to the suite wasn't obvious from the front of the house, Host was receptive and easy to contact, however.
