Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac you will be immediately captured by the unique style and design of the home. With curves in the right places and distinctive features taking your breath away, the architectural design of this home showcases the treehouse-style which defines this bespoke abode.
Spread across three descending levels, you will find remarkable craftsmanship and thoughtful use of space throughout. In the heart of the top level of the home is the fully equipped chef’s kitchen which adjoins the large open plan living area . The top floor living space also includes a designated indoor dining area which seamlessly flows through to the entertainer’s balcony.
The entertainer’s balcony is the ultimate relaxation space which will have you screaming WOW! Canvas shades, angled high ceilings and with you nestled in the treetops, this space is hypnotic.
On the middle level you will find the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. All adjoin another balcony which also enjoys the rainforest surrounds. Your morning cuppa or evening nightcap will be all the more enjoyable accompanied by the seductive sounds of the running creek.
The third level, the ground, there is an additional outdoor undercover entertainment space. Enjoy a clearing of flat grassland which is encircled by untouched lowland sub tropical rainforest with trees such as native nutmeg, damson plum and mango. The rear creek boundary is the spring-fed headwaters of Chinaman’s Creek. You can even take a plunge in Slippery's waterhole.

No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.
