Complete privacy and security are guaranteed within the sprawling 500 square metre villa, comprised of individual air-conditioned pavilions linked by Balinese-style wooden covered pergolas. Located within the exclusive Esprit Estate, this house is designed for tropical holiday living, with every vista bathed in the greenery of lush tropical gardens.

The centrepiece of the house is the 12m x 6m living, dining and kitchen pavilion with outlooks to a private courtyard garden complete with resort-style pool, cabana and relaxation decks. By opening up the over-sized glass sliding doors, you create a perfect indoor-outdoor tropical living space that exudes relaxation and tranquillity. Looking out from the courtyard is a rainforest reserve complete with towering trees, tropical birdlife, Ulysses butterflies and even miniature kangaroos. Your children will delight in feeding the goldfish in the pond!

The house is pure luxury, with stunning design, timber floors, stone benchtops and air-conditioning throughout. The well-appointed kitchen will test your culinary skills, with space to dine both inside and out. Come evening, retreat to the expansive living area housing ample space to lounge in front of the TV for family movie nights.

Three king bedrooms dressed in crisp white linens are beautifully furnished for a comfortable night’s sleep. The primary suite is self-contained, with a lavish open-air ensuite and oversized shower. The second bedroom is just as tranquil with a striking indoor-outdoor bath where you can enjoy a relaxing soak while being enveloped by the sights and sounds of nature. A third bathroom caters to the third bedroom.

Outdoor parking and in-unit laundry facilities are provided to make you feel right at home.

Intermittent noise from a construction site two lots away may be heard in the villa. We appreciate your patience as this continues until further notice.

Any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction. We have a strict no party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours.
Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.

No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
