A four-seater table caters to meals at home, while sliding doors extend to a balcony offering a lounge suite to sit and soak up the fresh, coastal breezes.

The bedroom is set with a queen bed and fresh, white linen. A mirrored wardrobe provides ample space to store your luggage and belongings. Freshen up before hitting the Esplanade in the ensuite bathroom, offering a shower and vanity. In-unit laundry houses a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
