One bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. Positioned perfectly between stunning Sandy Bay and sheltered Enclosure Bay. 5 minutes walk to the two beaches. 10 minutes drive to Oneroa and the passenger ferry. Covered outside area with BBQ. Easy parking for cars onsite. There are 12 steep steps from the carpark to the house.
