your dreams! Upon entering the foyer of this 3-bedroom/3-bathroom corner penthouse, the North
bedroom suite has a separate entrance allowing for multiple families or couples to occupy this space
comfortably. With its private balcony furnished with premium Polywood outdoor furniture, the North
suite allows for expansive views of the Santa Rosa Sound and a picturesque view of the Gulf of Mexico,
including the longest walking and fishing pier in the entire Gulf. Inside, the North suite has a King sized
Adapt-Cooling Tempur-Pedic bed, smart TV, wet bar with Delta touch faucet, a mini-fridge with freezer,
microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and full-sized washer and dryer. There is a private bathroom with bidet
and a deep, jetted, Jacuzzi bathtub with new Delta rain-fall shower-head and pull-down hand sprayer for
a refreshing soak or rinse after a day at the Beach.

Moving into the main living space of the condo, you'll notice the open floor plan that includes Italian
porcelain tile that extends from the North balcony to the South balcony making shoes optional and
keeping feet comfortable while enjoying the indoor or outdoor spaces. The entire condo has 10 feet tall
ceilings, oversized yet low profile ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area, and recessed lighting with dimmers for the perfect level of light not to overshadow the sunsets or sunrises. The well-equipped and fully stocked kitchen has waterfall Cambria Quartz countertops, Delta touch faucet, 4-door refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker along with capability of converting half of the freezer into a beverage cooler to keep extra drinks ice cold. There is a 5-burner range with oven that has built in air fryer and convection oven, a Cuisinart coffee maker that makes a traditional pot of coffee, Keurig style pods, or iced coffee, a perfectly quiet dishwasher, and large microwave. easy clean up. Closing the pocket door can allow younger guests to rest quietly while allowing the main
living area to still be enjoyed by the adults or night owls of the group.

The South facing suite has a king sized Adapt-Cooling Tempur-Pedic bed, separate entrance to the South facing balcony, walk-in closet with beverage refrigerator inside, and on suite bathroom. The bathroom has a double vessel-sink vanity, separate toilet room with bidet, and walk-in shower with Bluetooth speaker built into the ceiling so you can enjoy your favorite music while showering and taking in the endless views of the Gulf. You don't need to worry about privacy here as the 17th floor is too high for beach-goers to see inside the unit.
