My property is a unit approximately 1800 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, laundry, full kitchens with stainless appliances, wood floors and modern decor. This is the perfect place for 3 couples of families who want to share a space but yet have their own privacy.
The house is perfectly located in town within walking distance to everything. Right out your door you can enjoy great local food from Little Bohemia Tavern, Mary's Kitchen Port, cheese lady, Burritt's Market, wine shop and more. Beaches and tart trail all within walking distance. The house has a beautiful wrap around porch where you can enjoy coffee in the morning, happy hour or just sit and people watch.

I have lived in Traverse City for 30 years and love this town! There are so many places you can walk to from the Burdhouse including restaurants, shops, beaches, wine shop, specialty markets and more. I am available to help make your stay in Traverse City the most enjoyable stay ever!
Why they chose this property
I purchased the Burdhouse because the building is very unique and extremely beautiful. The wrap around, covered porch is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The location can't be beat. Leave your car at the house and walk into town for nightlife, restaurants, shopping and more.
What makes this property unique
Cheese lady directly across the street, Burritt's market next door for fresh fish, meats, produce, etc. Grand Traverse Pie company next door. The location of the house is on a great corner of town where you can walk to everything!
