Unwind in the living room area, laying on the large sectional sofa, while watching the Roku TV. Meal time is the perfect time to gather at the circular dining table for six. Spending quality time with your party is made easy with this home's open concept layout. Vacation time is no time to do laundry, but you can if you wish with the washer + dryer added for your convenience. Unlike many other homes, this gem offers a guest house that sits at the rear of the property for added comfort and privacy!

All bedrooms provide a generously sized retreat - with fun accents, premium bedding, and luxe primary en-suite bathrooms. Frameless showers and dual sinks offer the comforts of home.

This patio is adorned with a rectangular dining table, coffee tables, and an abundance of chairs. Escape to the charming private guest house where canal views unfold in the backyard, complemented by a stylish patio extending an array of comfortable chairs, a hammock, and fire pit.

House Rules

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

**All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.**

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 8pm - 8am
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property. The cameras at this home are pointing towards: Fire-pit area & main entrance to home.
-Check-in details, including property information, local recommendations and more to be accessed via our Guest Experience app. This can be accessed via the app store download, or web link.

Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first 3 days of your stay.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly (only dogs are permitted) with an additional fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Fee is dependent upon duration of stay and season. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog.

Baby Bundle:
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.

Property Care Instructions: Treat this Home Like Your Own
- Any/all outdoor umbrella(s) must be placed in the closed position when not in use, and at the time of check-out. This must be done in order to prevent breakage due to weather conditions. Failure to comply will result in an additional charge.
- Please ensure that the grill is covered when not in use. This helps to maintain the grill's condition for future guests. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning or maintenance fee.
