Gorgeous self contained studio apartment, with cozy loft bed. With a sunny deck area, perfect for relaxing we are just around the corner from beautiful sumner beach. We are right in the middle of the village, close to restaurants and the supermarket. This apartment is the perfect 'local' get- away, or as a base to explore the wider Banks Peninsula. We provide a continental Breakfast and you have the option of a home cooked evening Meal.

Location not available.

The property owner communicated with me right away that the property was not available “due to ongoing maintenance issues.” However Bookabach/VRBO still charged me for the visit. When I contacted the host about this charge, I did not receive a response. I wonder if this listing is a scam. Fortunately VRBO refunded my money today, but I should not have had to take time out of my life to rectify this.
