Quiet getaway

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed watching the turtles from the nearby bridge, playing in the pool when we wanted a quick swim, and playing at the local playground. It was a pleasant walk to the beach and to dinners. The kitchen was small but worked for our simple meals. There were some cobwebs up high in the lofted ceiling, but otherwise everything was fine.

Nice property

This condo easily fit myself, my fiance, and our 6 year-old as well as my mother who visited for a few days. Drove to the beach daily, walked to dinner. Not luxurious, but clean and had everything we needed.

Family Vacation

The location is quiet and right on the lake. The condo had just enough room for our family of 6 (2 adults 4 kids ages 9-16). We really enjoyed having morning coffee on the deck and watching the geese and turtles. We were close to everything. The owner provides a parking pass which is great. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner is very responsive.

Relaxing July 4th week vacation

The condo overlooks the lake and the beach is about 12-15 min walk. The complex is well maintained and it is peaceful! We had a lovely vacation and Rebecca was prompt with any questions we had, prior to and during! Thank you!

Rehoboth beach vacation

Dealing with Rebecca was informative and pleasant. The location was wonderful just the right distance from everything . Watching the geese, cranes and squirrels from the deck was relaxing . Definitely would recommend it to friends and family.

August 2020 COVID-19 Beach Trip

We had an overall pleasant experience during our stay. We really enjoyed the large deck overlooking the lake. The complex where it is located is nicely maintained and the pool is nice. The one bedroom is rather noisy due to the air conditioning unit in the closet in that room. The television is very small and outdated but we weren’t on a beach trip to watch TV anyway! Overall, a good time was had by everyone.

Excellent location, not fancy

This is a fair price for a modest condo with a great location just a pleasant, ten minute walk from the beach. You’re paying for the location, not for a swanky space. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner out on the deck, which was comfortably nestled under the shade of many large trees. Having a parking pass for Rehobeth streets was also a huge convenience and much appreciated. We encountered a problem with one of the toilets right when we arrived but the owner quickly had it fixed, which was great. A warning to folks with trouble climbing stairs - there is a steep set of stairs just to get to the main floor, and another set to get to the upper floor. But if you need room for a lot of people, I doubt you’ll find a better deal than this place.
