The space
Sea Dancer #10 is our partially remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium located less than a 5-minute walk from the beach!

The condo is perfect for couples, or small groups of family and friends with up to 6 people allowed.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. with en suite attached private bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishware etc fully equipped to make for needed delicious vacation meals for less money than always eating out.

Watch TV around the flat screen in the living room, or lay back on the couch with a good book. The living room provides a sofa sleeper and we do provide an airbed and pump for additional space, just please remember to bring bedding if you plan on using either.

Inside the kitchen has an eat in counter with a secondary dining table so everyone can sit relatively close to each other

Just off the living room is a very large private patio with gas BBQ grill for easy fajitas, burgers, or steaks - note we do not provide LP tank of gas to use it, so please bring one if you want to use

Deck has great seating to enjoy the island climate. Need to get some work done? The internet/wifi can help you sneak it in, though the internet with spectrum can go out from time to time

You and your guests can have your morning coffee or evening margaritas under the sun or stars. Take a refreshing dip or soak up the warm South Padre Island sun poolside at the very clean pool on property with sun loungers or just to wear the kiddos fully out after a long day at the playa.

Have fido a/k/a dog(s)? Cool! Pets are allowed, though 2 max dogs. We do have extra rules for pets and fees so please read the house rules before you book, not just on the pets many other things apply

South Padre Island has many things to offer you no matter the occasion and they are all at your fingertips when you stay at Sea Dancer #10 very centrally located at 124 e bahama st.


1.) This is a second floor unit that requires you go up a flight of stairs.
2.) There are 2 off street parking spaces if you park the vehicles front to back. A golf cart is in that count FYI
3.) Internet as spectrum has a monopoly can be awful, though USUALLY fine
4.) Parking is free, no guest parking though. Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597 and we provide towels, linens, and starter pack of soaps, trash bags, dishwasher pods though it is not replenished nor unlimited
5.) Primary tenant that books 100% must be 25 years of age or older or you cannot book. Sorry, HOA rules. Max is 6 people including infants if you go over you will get evicted
6.) In March or Easter week/semana santa/holy week each person is required to pay a $35 HOA security wristband fee. This is NOT our fee and again we pre-collect prior to arrival for your convenience This does NOT exist any other time of the year
7.) If you have a Pet or Pets, max is 2. Read the house rules or you will have grief :)

8.) Our City of South Padre Short Term Rental License is available upon request.
Finally, whew if you made it here we LOVE YOU - it is just that we want to be SUPER up front and disclose all here up front.
9.) You must sign digitally a rental agreement and attach a pic of photo ID to age verify OR send a pic of ID OR go to our office and show ID between 9 am and 5 pm

We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before.

You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules.

We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Please contact us prior to booking if questions

We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.
