Enjoy the comforts of this cosy and exclusive 2 bedroom home with an amazing view over Browns Bay beach. Just a 2min easy walk to the wide and well known Browns Bay Beach or the small and tucked away Rothesay Bay Beach.
The inside of this hidden clifftop gem is light and spacious with a big open-space living room/dining suite, and well equiped kitchen.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a super king bed which can be split in two separate king single beds.
The office space offers a light and comfortable area with a stylish study desk and chair, as well as a nice view to the back garden, which makes a real treat for workaholics.
Office area includes a pull out sofa which can accomodate one adult person or two children, which offers an option for more than 4 guests on a booking.
One big bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and shower. The toilet is separate.
There is a laundry room close to the house entry, with washing machine and a dryer at your disposal.
The patio is just amazing, tucked in the back of the cul de sack street where you can enjoy in the view and the sound of the ocean. With a retractable awning, you can enjoy your coffee, drink or make a BBQ, in a shade or while sunbathing in the afternoon sun.
Nice and spacious cane table and 4 chairs are there for your maximum of comfort.
