Check in

Hard time locating the building so I called and was asking the person where they were located. The person asked me to hold on then we got disconnected. Called back multiple times and nobody would answer. Walked into the building and were were not greeted and the 3 employees were playing on the phone or computer. The accommodations were beautiful and a great location.

The place

The stay was great once actually able to get in the building. I’m a house of 3 houses myself and know that communication is the biggest thing when it comes to staying places. It wasnt In the listing that it would be one of like 30 units this third party company has in the building. We were locked out of the latch app upon our arrival for 6 hours. Had to have the concierge let us up the elevator until it finally Linked the keys to the app. Again; when booking i didn’t know i was Booking it was With a 3rd party company. Definitely need to improve communication skills
