Why they chose this property
La punta is a neighborhood that changed a lot in the last 10 years, we wanted to keep the old Puerto vibe with the house, with lots of trees in this peaceful sandy street.
What makes this property unique
One of the only property in this area with a private pool and yard. The house was fully remodeled in 2023, keeping the original Oaxaca style arched ceiling, while adding a touch of modernity with the new veranda, outdoor showers, boardwalk and pool.
