Just a short twenty minute walk down the canal path or five minute drive leads you to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale with its numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment district. The pool and hot tub are heated year round and there is also a poolside grilling area. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located condo.
