Needs a lot of updates
We stayed here during fall cruise week. Would not stay again unless the house had updates and things were fixed. We love the location but the house itself needs some love and updates.
Issues with the house:
Sticky floors downstairs when we arrived. Unable to get cleaning service back out to house.
Half drank Gatorade bottle left on bedside table in guest room. Open safety pin on floor.
No can opener in kitchen, dishwasher left full.
Trash can outside was completely full and we had no room to put our trash. Gnats all over kitchen/dining room. Garbage disposal stank/still had food in it.
Outdoor front light burnt out and missing light bulb- maintenance fixed it but still missing a bulb.
Listing is incorrect- There is NOT a pullout couch in den. Pullout couch is in living room. Only a couch and air mattress in den. Den ceiling fan/light did not work, couldn’t get fixed during our stay. Most ceiling fans in house need replaced, very noisy when on.
Couches should be replaced- they were discolored. Stains on upstairs floor.
Bathroom doors did not shut correctly. Downstairs did not shut at all and upstairs bath door had to be slammed to shut.
2 parking spots are very tight if the lot is full. Plenty of street parking though.
There is absolutely no toilet paper provided. If you are the first person to arrive make sure you bring it with you.
Central Reservations was easy to communicate with but unfortunately not much was able to be fixed for us.
