The property consists of 2 Queen Bedrooms upstairs, with kitchen dining, lounge and bathroom. With great views of the bay from the kitchen and lounge, there is also a deck with seating so you can watch the world go by with your morning coffee.
External staircase to another Queen bedroom and a bunk room downstairs which is perfect for the kids & teenagers, there is a TV, couch and 2 sets of bunks, good sized bathroom and washing machine.
Plenty of grass space for car and boat parking and still room for lawn games, there is a BBQ available on the upstairs deck so cook the snags and head to the table downstairs on the lawn and relax and enjoy a couple of cold beverages, maybe take an evening stroll to the beach.
Surf & Wine is an amazing spot to create new memories so close to the beach!
