Lovely updated home in the east end of Louisville in a charming neighborhood, with a NEW HEATED POOL (weather permitting) We are located 9 miles from Churchill Downs 8 miles to Downtown and NULU next to the Watterson Expressway (I264). Walking distance to the grocery store, Starbucks, yoga & local restaurants. 4 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, an open floor plan with an updated kitchen, a large center island with bar stools, hardwood floors, lots of natural light. Outside is deck, new pool furniture and a large driveway for cars. 15 minutes from the airport.
