Set between two leafy streets, minutes to cafes, restaurants, parks and Mosman's chic boutique shops. A short stroll to Mosman Bay Ferry and bus stops, Taronga Zoo, Foreshore harbour walks and Balmoral Beach.

Offering two bedrooms, 3 beds, open plan kitchen & living, airy balcony, air conditioned, a dedicated car space, plus large leafy garden on the grounds.
Recently re-furbished & re-listed, the property has been newly renovated including new paint, carpet, finishings, lighting, air conditioning (cool/heat) & much needed blockout curtains for complete comfort.

Accommodating all guests from young families with prams to elderly, with level access to the apartment from the properties main entrance.

Open plan kitchen , living and airy balcony outlooking the leafy garden.
Kitchen includes full stove, oven, family size fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher, containing all necessary items for cooking in and dinning out. The convenience of a dinning table and lux 3-seater lounge to sit back and relax while watching your favourite TV show. Wifi included.

Master bedroom has an ultra comfortable queen bed, side table & office desk. Built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms makes for ample storage. The second bedroom has two single beds (bunk beds) and bedside table. A porta cot is also available on request to accomodate young children.

There are privacy sheer blinds in the living room and kitchen. Lux block out curtains in both bedrooms encouraging sleep-in’s and those jet lagged. The bathroom contains both shower and bath.

Large 11kg Front loader washing machine available for your convenience, with large clothes lines available on the property.

You will have private access to the 2 bedroom apartment and dedicated car space. Typically there is ample street parking available providing level access to the unit. You can also enjoy the common garden areas within the property grounds.

The dedicated parking space is accessed via entry from back street.

Awesome Holiday!
Had an amazing few days with the family here.The place is walking distance to everything…beaches, shops, restaurants.Everything was clean and well organised, as well as excellent comms with the property manager.I would highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking to have relaxing getaway.

Excellent space and location
We came back to Sydney to visit friends and family for 10 days and had a great stay at Tiffany’s apartment. Everything was clean and it was so well located for us. Close to Mosman Village and easy to get to the city, beaches and motorways. We had our two little ones with us and were very thankful for the extra toys and books to keep them entertained when they were sick of their own 😆 Tiffany provided excellent communication and instructions the whole time.
