The apartment is on the ground floor of an entrance, an office room and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. 1st floor clearance and toilets.

The bottom room, which is completely separate from the apartment, serves as my daughter's and me's office for English classes. We are there 3 times a week for 1h30 to 3h maximum in the afternoon. the whole house is NO SMOKING, however you can smoke in the garden or on the balcony.
