The unit is almost 2200 SF and is located at 48th Street and River Ave, just 3 houses from the sand on the Newport Peninsula. The unit comes with a private garage and additional parking space. The unit also has 2 fireplaces, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom. The unit has vaulted ceilings throughout.
