Murray Rose Pool can be found at the western end of the beach and there is a wrap-around pontoon which makes for a lovely walk.

- We have a communal coin operated dryer available under the property (via the back door in the kitchen or through the side gate out the front) aswell as a private dryer in the garage to use.
- There are approx. 30 steps up to the apartment after collecting the keys.
- There are 2 access points into the main building, Bellevue Road, Bellevue Hill (level 3) and Leura Road, Double Bay (ground floor).
- Electronic Vehicle charging is not available at this property.
