Brand new, detached 2-level guest house offering complete privacy with a secure entrance and private path. You'll have the entire unit to yourselves.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a King Bed and a full bathroom

Main Floor: Open-concept living room, dining area, and full kitchen with a double futon

Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 kids max

Base rate is for 2 guests – maximum occupancy is 4 (strictly enforced due to insurance; no exceptions)

Air conditioning for warm months

Baseboard heating + heat pump for cooler months

Individual temperature controls in each room

Provide a valid mobile phone number and email for communication during your stay

Host will verify photo ID again upon arrival

Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in: 4:00 PM (Early check-in available with prior approval and may incur a fee)

Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out subject to availability and additional fee)

Prefect tiny home conveniently located close to Downtown
My daughter and I were in town for a concert and hotel prices in the city were well over our budget. This cute little home provided everything we needed for our short stay. It’s brand new and was fully furnished with anything and everything you could think of. We felt safe when coming and going during the late evening hours with the motion censored lights outside. The property owner is amazing and very communicative! We felt welcomed with open arms! I would highly recommend this property!

Absolutely loved staying here! Great location. The recommendations of food locations were great choices. I found this to be the spot i will keep coming back to since i plan on coming back this way more often.

Absolutely loved staying here! Great location. We used the buses and sky trains for everything. Saved us a lot of money and we loved just walking everywhere downtown. The recommendations of food locations were great choices. Found one i will definately go eat at again. I found this airbnb to be the spot i will keep coming back to since i plan on coming back this way more often.
