Please note that we will require a $600 security deposit organised directly with Quinovic Viaduct. We will also require valid Photo ID to verify guests and fulfil health and safety requirements.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of other occupants in the complex.
