About this property

Recently remodeled conveniently located near downtown, king bed, patio

Great price, great location, walking distance to restaurants and the river path. Filled with my personal folk art and antique collection. I live next door so I'm usually available to help if any issue arises.

Charming, warm, comfortable and pictoresque!

Lovely, comfortable casita within walking distance of the Plaza and the railway. The owners, Anne and Todd, will do anything within their power to make the stay enjoyable. Very nice folks.

An art lovers delight

Beautifully hand painted furniture and cabinets in this home, along with many paintings, will be a dream for any art lover. Very clean and super comfortable bed made our stay very enjoyable. Being close to the Railyard and not too far from the Plaza was very convenient. We recommend to other traveling couples.

Super great place to stay

From the time we got there to the time we left the communication with Anne was great. The place is clean, comfortable and close to the Plaza. Overall I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely stay there again when I return to Santa Fe. Enjoy!!

Santa Fe wedding planning

My fiancée and I were in town for a long weekend of wedding planning. This casita fit our needs (and our dog's needs) perfectly! The location is great and the layout and design of the casita were ideal. We felt very comfortable and at home in this beautiful space.

Lovely artistic soulful space

This is a lovely space beautifully designed and decorated by the owners. Most of the art work in the cottage is original work of the owners. It is quite spacious and has a nice private patio. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. It is a great location very convenient to the Railyard and down town. We liked the neighborhood and enjoyed walking to the Tune up Cafe for dinner. We ate there 3 times we liked it so much! It is an art lovers dream, we felt sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!! Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

My wife and I really loved our stay

Our stay at the Winkler's Santa Fe "Remodeled House" on Agua Fria was thoroughly enjoyable for both my wife and I. Even though it was just a few feet from the main road, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was inside and how peaceful It was at night. We found the Inexpensive local bus goes right by us to take us to the Plaza and then we used the free bus shuttle system to move around downtown Santa Fe. We enjoyed the Santa Fe Opera and spent almost 2 days just walking up and down Canyon Road taking in the art gallery scene. In the kitchen, we had all that we needed to cook the majority of our meals for the week. What seem to be a new stove was a delight to use. Such a spacious interior as well. The king-size bed mattress had a perfect firmness for us. We might want to get back to the Winklers to find out more about both the stove and the bed mattress for our own home here in California. All in all, we both had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Jon Klimo (and Jane VanderVeer), Oakland, California

Nice place to stay

The unit was freshly remodeled and decorated. The furnishings were cozy and the location was great. The outside patio was great, we ate lunch there several times. The location was very convienent to get around town or out of town. We would stay there again without hesitation.
