You are provided with all linen and towels. The sofa bed has sheets, pillows and sofa linen in the bedroom cupboard.

KEYS - Please note that the essential collection and drop-off is at the convenience store, a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from the home (900 meters away).

If your arrival or departure is outside these times, we will arrange an alternative solution for the keys.

Guests will be sent a unique code and further instructions three days prior to their stay.

Please note that there is no parking available.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attractions suggestions. Please let us know if you would like a copy of this before your stay and email us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
