Great Location, but check in needs improvement
This condo is located 5 minutes away from the Jordanelle Gondola and made for an easy and quick trip to deer valley each day. The condo had all the amenities we needed, plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and plenty of towels. Our issues had to do with check in and communication with the management company. We arrived late, at almost midnight. The code to the garage door did not work and would not let us into the building. According to the management company, this was the only way to access the building. It took them more than 20 minutes to answer our calls and texts. We were about to look for a hotel, as we had 3 children with us. Finally someone called us back and asked us to look for a lock box so we could find a a key to enter the building. However there was no lock box and it turns our the doors to the building were unlocked and remained so all day. Other visitors told us the garage door codes did not work for them, as well. The management company also told us there was a hot tub, but it was outside the clubhouse and even if we wanted to use it, there was no way to access it as no snow had been cleared from the path. With this prior knowledge, we would definately stay here again, and would have given this five stars if not for the stressful check in we experienced.

We had a good stay. Very comfortable, large beds. Well stocked kitchen which makes it easy to cook meals. Pool and clubhouse were fun. The A/C worked good and kept the home comfortable. Management was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly.
