This luxury, waterfront home is located in New Port Richey in a quiet Gulf Side community. You are sure to relax in this beautiful home with waterfront view while listening to music and enjoying your favorite beverage. The water-view from the screened-in lanai or from the dock is of a wide canal that leads into the Gulf of Mexico. The 2 benches on the floating dock are great for relaxing or fishing. The 22 ft. pontoon boat is sure to make your vacation a memorable one. Two very stable kayaks & lifejackets are provided for your enjoyment. All provided to use at your own risk. Flotation devices provided are on the pontoon and should be on the kayaks at all times as this is law. Keep an eye out for dolphins, sea turtles, manatees and beautiful fish that sometimes appear in this canal. Take the pontoon boat out to the nearby sandbar for a fun day of swimming in the ocean, picnicking and shelling. Be sure to pack your snorkeling gear to enjoy the beautiful sea life. This home features a newly renovated private heated screened in-ground pool. There have been recent updates inside, such as new ceramic tiles throughout, new Dishwasher, Fridge and Stove. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a flat-screen TV, a large closet and en-suite with a newly tiled walk-in shower with a bench and niche for shampoo and soaps. The second bedroom has a Queen Size bed, flat-screen TV and a comfy chair. In the third bedroom/den you will find a memory foam mattress on the Queen Size pull-out sofa bed also with a flat screen TV. The living room also has a flat-screen TV, some DVD movies, a game system and some games in a basket. This home has a fully equipped kitchen with a Dishwasher, Fridge and Stove, and regular and Keurig coffee makers. There is a gas BBQ grill out in the backyard garden. You can pack lightly as there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and drying racks. Towels, beach towels and linens are all provided. Enjoy the serenity of this home, surrounded by beautiful gardens making you feel like you are in a completely secluded area.
This vacation home is centrally located and situated about 35 minutes from Clearwater Beach, Tampa International Airport & Bush Gardens. Be sure to visit the historical Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks which are only minutes away on the Anclote River. There, you can take a sponge diver boat tour or a dolphin tour. Take part in sampling some of the best Greek cuisine and night life. There is lots of great shopping in Tarpon Springs and also nearby in New Port Richey. Some of the favorites that are close by include TJ Max, Burlington, Ross, Bealls Outlet, The Gulf View Mall and many more.

if you rent because of boat, don't bother
Rented house for 16 days, intending to use both every other day, we managed no more than three trips , the longest being 3 hours due to boat being unfit for purpose, meaning it would operate for periods of between 5 and 15 mins and then repeatedly cut out and then take anything up to 15 mins to restart. On one occasion it failed to start at all which meant we had to call Sea tow and follow owners instructions of saying we were his cousins so as get service

Cozy house in sunny neighborhood
We spent 3 weeks in this homelike feeling house. Dave is a welcoming hostwho made sure that we were informed about everything. The brand new boat is in great shape and allows you to take trips to the Sand Bar. We can recommend this house with a good feeling.

Wonderful as always
We have stayed at this property multiple times and it improves every time. The home is clean and comfortable. We enjoy the fishing in the area and highly suggest Paladin fishing charter and the inshore fishing charter out of the Rusty Bucket Bait shop. Thanks to Mr. Dave for another great vacation stay!

Best place to relax with family
This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here. We love it that much. Dave the owner is a perfect host, he never bugged us, he always makes sure to accommodate us, and makes sure everything is in order. The place has a pontoon boat that will seat 12, wonderful time going to the anchlote island, and there is a sandbar out there on low tide you can sit on and snorkel. Lots of sea urchants, snook, greenbacks, pinfish, scallops, stingrays, and much more. The place is like home, a double oven with a glass top, with warmer, and a microwave, blender's, freezer for your bait in the garage, kayaks for going out in the channel. Fishing poles, spices, coffee maker, curig, a pool, floating dock, outside shower to clean off with after the beach, screened in pool, and a lounging room with table chairs and seats with a radio, pool lights, easy in and out. Instructions are in the kitchen, garbage is picked up twice a week, Walmart is only 4 miles away, other stores close to only 1 mile (Publix). Bait shops only a few miles away, direction's to get NON - Ethanol gas for the boat, a grill outside by the pool area, also fans and lights out by the extra room by the pool. My family loves it and it always feels like home. I cooked every night, sitting around the table discussing the days activities, and the high points of each person's day. Dave (the owner) is always only a phone call away. Thank you Dave for lending us your home again. Helping us make such good memories, that are lasting.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at the property that we have visited several times before. The owner has continually updated and improved the property and is a beautiful, clean and peaceful location on the water. We caught Spanish mackerel enough to bring home some fish for the freezer! the house was more than expexted
wonderfull 4 weeks at this house We appreciate the pontoon and riding on the gulf Kitchen is well equiped with good knifes this is very important for us as We cook a lot in the house The BBQ was OK but didn't use it to much it was to HOT outside to do BBQ We park our vehicule in the garage this way the car is a little bid colder. Just one thing that was wrong the matress in the master chamber needs to be change but in general this was an oasis of rest and peace no sounds except the birds they are so funny to hear. check in check out absolutely marvelous We will sure going back ther if We have a chance

Great neighborhood
A coworker friend and I decided to be snowbirds from Virginia for the month of January and boy did we enjoy it! We were able to work from this lovely home and enjoy wonderful walks and boat rides and kayaking. All went well and any little issues that arose were quickly resolved. We enjoyed exploring the area visiting different beaches and many parks.

Loved it!
We stayed here June 5th-12th. It was our first time renting a house for vacation, and we had never been to the area before. I chose this property because of the reviews and boat access. I am so glad I did!! It has everything you need, even down to towels and cooking utensils. I especially liked coming home without a bunch of dirty laundry. My family really enjoyed it! Check-in was seamless. The property manager reached out to us the day before, which was comforting. The house was very clean. It was evident that the owners care about the home and the satisfaction of renters. There are notes in a couple of areas. Those were very helpful, especially for the light switches ;-). We only left “home” a couple times during our stay—once to go to the aquarium in Tarpon Springs and once to go to a water park. Most of our time was spent in the pool and fishing from the dock. My kids loved the pool! We took the boat out to the sandbar once. Don’t miss it! It was a bit of a drive out, but it was beautiful! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home! I did not want to leave!! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect for all ages
We have stayed here before great experience. This time was no different. Check in was simple, Michael came over went over the boat and things, had his number in case problems arose. Pool was clean, warm and ready. Unloaded our things and got to it. We took the boat out and it was a blast. Second day I believe we got out to the channel, the boat was sputtering, wouldn't go much over 2000 RPM. We made it to the island and we fished, caught 3-5 foot shark and 3 foot stingray. Multiple sharks and stingrays. On our way back we were DITW. (Dead in the water). Called Michael and Seatow. Michael was on his way with his dad's boat to come pick up the kids and grandbaby (22 months old) so they wouldn't have to stay out in the sun for possibly hours. Captain from Seatow called me and was 20 minutes out. They got to us quick... And Michael was able to turn back before he got to us. Next day or so the boat had a new fuel pump, and fuel filter, new fuel lines and ready to go. Mickey (prior property contact) came out and we talked, and spoke with the very knowledgeable mechanic 47 years experience. Some people in the past put ethenol gas in the boat instead of NON-Ethenol gas (it's cheaper) well it finally caught up with US. Ate the lines and rubber up in the pump etc. We used the boat the rest of the week. Enjoyed ourselves. I do NOT hold the owners responsible for this, they were only trusting people to do as instructed and take care of their stuff.. renters meet to pay attention and follow directions. Anyways. Great time, great place, just like home. Thank you again for letting us use your home a second time. The Dinkins Family.

My husband and I had the most relaxing week at this lovely house. The house was very clean, everything you might need was there in the kitchen. The pool was wonderful, and the manager was so kind to turn the heat right up for me as I feel the cold easily. We didn't use the boat much as the weather was not on our side when we were not doing other things out.

Complete Relaxation
We absolutely loved our time here! The house was everything that it promised! Beautiful home, although it does need some updating. There was nothing one could need here - the kitchen has everything one could need to put any meal on the table. All the spices, cooking utensils, and pots and pans are all available and easy to find. Plus you have all the cleaning supplies needed to keep the kitchen and home looking good - this includes plenty of paper products as well! Our arrival went smoothly thanks to both the owner Dave and Property Manager, Michael. Both were incredibly helpful and willing to help us and answer our questions to make sure we were completely comfortable. I have to admit the boat and the kayaks really made our trip - so fun to get out on the water whenever we wanted, seeing both manatees and dolphins! Too fun and definitely a piece of paradise - I highly recommend this lovely property!

Boat was the whole vacation!
My father two boys and I decided on a trip to stay away from busy beaches and crowds during this virus and decided that a house with its own pool and boat would be the best option . Well this house was perfect for this. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond on anything we needed and Mickey helped explain the rules on the boat which was nice because I wasn't really experienced with the open gulf. But all in all the boat is what made the whole trip. We was out in it every day! Fishing was great and the sandbar was also awesome to check out! I will definitely vaca here again if renting a house is still the best option.

We had an awesome time!
The house was just as advertised. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, even spices. We didn't have to buy any household supplies during our stay. We let ourselves in and unpacked and then Mickey met us to go over using the boat. The boat made the trip. Even though it did fail to start while we were in the gulf fishing one morning, we were able to call Sea Tow and have them tow us in. Mickey had the mechanic there the next morning to fix the problem. Engines fail, but we lost very little boating time due to the problem. We used it every day to either fish or head out to the sand bar to swim and enjoy the sun. The pool is small, but inviting and very clean. We spent a lot of time on the back porch and in the pool. We used the grill one night and it worked fine. We also used the kayaks a few times. They're in great shape and gave us a little exercise on vacation. As others have commented, Mickey is awesome. He answered the phone every time I called and was very responsive to our needs. We will likely go back to this house, again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was great. The house was clean and updated. The pool was nice to get in after spending the day at the sand bar. The boat was probably the biggest plus. It was in great shape worked as with no problems. We loved taking it out to the sand bar. The owner David always responded quickly during the rental process and the property manager Mickey made check in a breeze always responded quickly with any questions we had and was very informative. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. My family is already trying to decide when we can go again next year!

Enjoyable and relaxing
We visited for a week in early September. We enjoyed our time, and it was a relaxing getaway. Dave (the owner) and Mickey (the property manager) were both easy to interact with. There were many things that we liked about the house. It was nice to be able to park in the garage to keep the car a little cooler. The kitchen is nicely remodeled, and we appreciated having some kitchen basics, such as spices and coffee. We enjoyed having use of the boat, and it ran well when we used it. There are some things at the house that are in need of attention; Dave was receptive to hearing our input on these issues and he assured us that these concerns would be resolved promptly..

Perfect Family Vacation
My family (wife and I and our 3 teens) had a great time at David's house. This is a great spot for a family to kick back and spend a week fishing, boating, swimming, and relaxing. The house itself was super clean, all of the appliances are new, and it was one of the most well equipped places I've ever stayed. Everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, by the pool, or anywhere else was provided. Many vrbo/homeaway/Airbnb rentals are very sparsely equipped. Just the bare essentials and you always end up running out to Walmart to pick up something you need. This place had a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, came with linens and towels, pool toys, etc.. Other than food, everything we needed was always there when we looked for it. Also, I know someone was put off a little in a review about being micro-managed. I had some concern about that before renting. I'm sure it's a subjective feeling but I had the opposite reaction. I thought the property manager Mickey was extremely informative and helpful. Check-in was quick, he walked us through the basics, showed us what we needed to know to safely take the boat out, and when I needed him a couple times during the week to ask some questions he either picked the phone up when I called or got right back to me. It was comforting to know I had help if I needed it. He also recommended a great restaurant in Tarpon Springs that we loved (Rusty Bellies). I looked at this as a benefit as opposed to a negative. Yes, there were a few rules but they were all reasonable and made sense for someone renting out a home and boat that they obviously care so much about. The boat was great and was the highlight of our vacation. We took it out most days and went swimming, snorkeling, and fishing at the sandbar. It's basically what we did most of the time. The trip out to the gulf takes a little time but it was very relaxing. We bought an ION block speaker (Pathfinder 2) for the trip and it was money well spent, perfect for the boat trips. The only thing close to a negative was that some fishing equipment provided was in pretty poor condition. I called Mickey up and we were out fishing with some new poles the next day! Problem solved. I also got some great fishing advice from Armed Anglers a couple miles south down the main road (definitely go with the live shrimp for bait). I recommend this place without reservation. If we head back to the gulf for vacation this is where we'll be staying.

This house is a great home away from home. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. The pool is great especially with the lanai, right off the screened patio. The boat was awesome... we spent some time out on the water and on the dock. New BBQ grill was great. Grocery store and lots of restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend this property.

Best place EVER!
The home was like being @ home, clean usable, all the kitchenware you need, new grill, boat was perfect, pool nice, owner was very kind, Mickey was nice personable and informative. Two car garage and held my son's car and our motorcycle perfectly, kayaks were fun, fishing equipment available. Perfect just perfect. I took me my wife my 22 year old son, 15 years old son and 12 year old daughter. Something for everyone. Watched movies, flat screens in every room, pool was right off the outside dining area, where I had my devotion's in the morning. Kurig for tea or coffee, hot cocoa, etc. Quiet location, no one bothers you. Deposit was returned to me in 2 days of leaving. The anclote island was a blast. My 15 year old caught a black top shark about 2 1/2 foot long in the canal off the deck. We are looking forward to renting here again. Absolutely perfect. Thank you.

The warm Gulf-side weather in New Port Richey makes this area very desirable. We loved this area so much that we decided to purchase a home here, that we could enjoy throughout the year on school holidays. This property being on the water made it extremely attractive to us. The area has everything that we wanted, such as being on the water with access to the Gulf, near golfing, great shopping, and close to all the attractions. There is a very quaint historical downtown area with a park and shopping.
