Casa Mariposa - Large Centro Home with Private Pool, Close to Park and Ocean
Casa Mariposa is a great home, perfect for groups of friends or families who want to enjoy Mazatlan together!
The home features several outdoor spaces, as well as a private pool in the back. Enjoy the breeze and partial ocean views from the roof-top, or walk down to Parque Cuidades Hermanas to enjoy the day. This park is across the street from the ocean, and is the most beautiful park in the city. Here, you can play pickle-ball, basket ball, soccer, have a picnic, join an exercise group, and more!
There are 3 large bedrooms in the house, each with it's own en-suite with shower, as well as large closets and storage. There is also a bathtub in the 3rd bedroom, great for kids, or just to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as small appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. The kitchen opens right out onto the patio and pool area, so it's great for gathering and enjoying the outdoor spaces together.
There is a lot of outdoor space, spread over the main back-yard, upper terrace, and even the roof-top (although this space is not furnished). The upper terrace even has a shuffle-board for some group fun! The pool is inviting, and the loungers offer a great space to soak-in some sun.
The house is divided over several levels, so please keep that in mind when booking. You must be able to handle stairs in this home. There is one parking spot inside the garage, and one car can also park behind this spot. Aside from that, there is street parking available on a first-come-first-served basis.

The private pool, outdoor lounging and games areas, are perfect for reconnecting and having fun with friends and family. The pool is heated, so it can be enjoyed year-round. Heat is actually turned off from April through October, because the weather is so warm anyway. The location of this home is so close to the park and the boardwalk. Also within walking distance are local restaurants, banks, markets, shops, galleries, and the beach!
