You will rent the entire house. You will NOT share any house amenities with anyone.

***CLEANING & SUPPLIES***
Our professional cleaners will wash all linens (bed sheets, duvets, pillow covers, towels, etc.) for you. The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well-ventilated before each guest's arrival. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay. Book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.

To help us manage resources sustainably, we provide a limited supply of essentials such as toiletries, paper products, and kitchen basics. If you anticipate needing additional items during your stay, we recommend bringing extras or purchasing locally.

For long term stay we will send our cleaner every month for refresher cleaning, which will be charged $75 per cleaning.

Guest access
Guests will have complete access to the Entire house. We believe in total privacy. Feel free to make the most of the available amenities, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Interaction with guests
We will provide you with all our contact details should you need anything during your stay that will make your stay more comfortable.

Other details to note
We may visit the house during your stay for an inspection if your stay exceeds 28 days or in response to any complaints from neighbors.

Please note that raccoons may be seen at night and bugs, birds & squirrel might be present around the house due to its proximity to greenery.

Given its proximity to greenery, spiders and certain insects are commonly found in and around the house during specific times of the year.Additionally, since the property is near a main road, some traffic noise may be audible.

Please make sure to leave everything as it was upon arrival.

Please do not move furniture to prevent property damage, which may lead to possible charges.

You will receive complete check-in instructions 1.5 days before your check-in time.

Guests without any profile reviews, with less than 5-star ratings or with any negative host feedback may be asked for a refundable surety deposit for their stay. This will be requested during the booking process, collected via Vrbo and returned to the guest upon departure and inspection by our cleaner assuming there have been no house rules violations or damages. We appreciate hosting respectful guests and this surety helps us maintain this.
