The home can sleep up to eight guests. The master bedroom has a king bed with walk in robe and ensuite. There is a queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms with king single beds (with trundler), these rooms share the stunning family bathroom with separate toilet.

The open plan kitchen, with butler’s pantry, ensures that meal preparation is a breeze and makes dining in a great option. The dining and living areas are perfect spaces to relax of an evening and on chillier nights, you can cosy up to the gas fire.

If outdoor cooking is more your style, fire up the large gas BBQ and enjoy watching the sun set over Mt Roy from the roomy deck.

A generous lawn opens out in front of the house and is perfect for a friendly game of cricket, rugby or just to soak in the views with your favourite drink.

The separate media/TV room with smart TV, is the perfect place to chill and watch a film. Guests can enjoy a full range of entertainment including Netflix (you will need to log in to your own account). There is a mixture of toys and games for different ages in the house.

The home has underfloor heating which ensures the right amount of warmth and comfort during the cooler months.

While the double garage is not available for guest use, the property has plenty of room in the driveway to park your boat and a couple of cars. A full laundry is available to guests, with both a washer and a dryer.

Located up a quiet, private drive off Aubrey Road, town is just a short 5-minute drive or 40-minute walk away. Bring your bikes and enjoy cycling the nearby Outlet track or Sticky Forest.
