Spring Break in Punta Mita
Property was very good. Plenty of space including a large outdoor space. Master bedroom has king size bed and a small living room with a TV, large closet area and a nice bathroom. Loft bedroom has ample closet space and a large bathroom. Two queen sized beds on 1st level and two more beds in the loft area. Third bedroom is small but has a queen sized bed (no closet storage or bathroom). Air conditioning worked well throughout the unit. No TV in main living area, but a TV in the master and the loft bedroom. Very large outdoor area. A desk in the master which is also helpful if you need to do some work. Punta Mita area getting a little busier with all of the new units they have added but it was fine.A few suggested changes for the owner:- Add a water cooler for the large water jugs you supply (often in other Punta Mita properties) and guests don't want to have to pour water out of the massive jugs- Add a modern lock to the front door (current can't lock the door from the inside without the key)- Golf cart: Get one with turn signals and a front window screen (safer for the guests)- Large open area in the front door (I actually think this is part of the original construction, but it is odd to have such a large open area above the door where cold air can get out and bugs can get it- TVs: Are connected to the internet but don't let you stream from devices. I would add an Amazon Fire stick or something similar that would enable guests to stream from their phones
